SUDECU Kumanovo 09.05.2025

“SUDECU” activities continue to be implemented intensively in Kumanovo! Currently, in Kumanovo, a total of three projects are being implemented, one project for parents and two projects for youth: “His Own Master” A project for parents that builds bridges between generations and different abilities. A project that encourages us to learn new skills together, cook homemade noodles, and spend time with our elderly and disabled fellow citizens. “The Call of the Nature” This project for young people allows for quality use of free time with loved ones, with new friends and aims to implement activities outside, in nature. “Ecology in Kumanovo” Through this initiative, young citizens of Kumanovo are inspired to act responsibly and sustainably towards the environment. Many thanks to all participants for their active engagement, for the positive impact in their municipality, and for the constant growth of the groups. Through the SUDECU program, we learn that Vranic education builds the foundations of critical thinking and active citizenship – key values for a strong and accountable democracy. All information about the SUDECU program can be found at the following link https://www.sudecu.mk/ The SUDECU program is supported by the Zurich University of Teacher Education and funded by the Charity Fonds of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland

SUDECU Kumanovo

On Wednesday 28.05.2025, at the youth center “Maticno” in Skopje, we held a workshop for parents within the framework of the SUDECU project. The workshop was led by Ms. Nadine Ritzer and Prof. Dr. Maja Raunik Krikov. At this workshop, parents had the opportunity to gain new knowledge through the parenting manual and to get acquainted with the website-https://www.living-democracy.com. After the workshop, parents who were part of this training will continue with meetings that will help them more easily solve the challenges they face every day. The SUDECU program is supported by PHZH International Projects in Education and funded by the Kanton Zürich
